On July 22, 2020, Henkaa announced the sale of Jo’s Celebration Box. In celebration of what would have been Jo’s 40th birthday on July 29, we wanted to commemorate her love of cake and community with a virtual bake sale – 100% of the proceeds were donated to the Joanna Duong Chang Memorial Foundation.
Each box included 2 chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream, 2 vanilla cupcakes with strawberry buttercream by The Midnight Bakeshop and 2 assorted cookies from The Colossal Cookie Co.
The 80 boxes we had prepared sold out in 27 hours!
